Reliance Retail Ventures Limited (RRVL), incorporated on 13 December 2006, is the holding company for Reliance Industries' retail businesses spanning grocery (Reliance Fresh, JioMart), consumer electronics, fashion and more. In 2020 it raised roughly ₹47,265 crore (~$6.4B) for about a 10% stake from Silver Lake, KKR, Mubadala, ADIA, GIC, TPG, General Atlantic and PIF, valuing it near $57-58B. KKR invested again in 2023 at a ~$100B valuation.
