About Flipkart

Walmart acquired ~77% for about $16B in 2018 and had raised its stake to roughly 85% by 2024; the group's Singapore holding company (Flipkart Pte. Ltd.) received NCLT approval in Dec 2024 to redomicile to India ahead of a planned IPO.
