Delhivery was founded in May 2011 (originally SSN Logistics) by Sahil Barua, Mohit Tandon, Bhavesh Manglani, Suraj Saharan and Kapil Bharati, and provides express parcel, freight, warehousing and supply-chain services. It became a unicorn in 2019 after a SoftBank-led round and raised roughly $1.2B privately. It IPO'd on the NSE and BSE in May 2022 at a valuation of about Rs 35,283 crore (~$3.7B).
