Incorporated on 3 December 2010, it has raised capital from SoftBank, Tiger Global, Tencent, Temasek and others and was valued at about $7.3B in a 2021 Series J round. It is distinct from Ola Electric, the group's EV two-wheeler business, which is a separate listed company.
