StartupOriginals provides editorial content and a startup-intelligence database covering companies, founders, funding and related data. Some features are free; others are described as premium.

You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 to use the service.

• Don’t scrape, bulk-export, or resell the data except as expressly allowed.
• Don’t attempt to break, overload, or circumvent access controls or rate limits.
• Don’t upload unlawful content or infringe others’ rights.

Our intelligence data is aggregated from public and third-party sources and is provided “as is”. We work to verify it, but we don’t guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free, and it isn’t financial, legal or investment advice.

Paid plans are described on our pricing page. Online payment is not yet enabled; where a trial or plan is granted, it is provided without charge until billing goes live. We’ll present clear terms before any charge is ever taken.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service or its users.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
