Vasundhara biofibers is developing biodegradable packaging made from kans grass biomass in combination with parali, bagasse, and other agricultural wastes. This project includes technology of Biotech, nanotech and different vertical of engineering in it. Here we are trying to enhance the production of cellulose and hemicellulose from lignocellulosic biomasses by performing all the three process of pretreatment which include physical, biological and chemical. We are reducing the usage of chemicals (77%) and water usage (38%) by application of our developed nanoparticles and prepared microbial consortium for the pretreatment and bleaching of biomass. Also, we are using grass and other agricultural wastes that has been treated as waste by farmers, which will increase farmers’ income by 15-17%. We are developing a consortium of microorganisms with laccase activity that will stimulate the decomposition of lignin and bleach the biomass whose efficiency will increased by the developed nanoparticles. The thermo-mechanical activity of the biomass will facilitate process optimization by size reduction, decreasing the degree of polymerization, and crystallinity of lignocellulose, and al
