I am an incubate of RKVY-raftaar program at BAU sabour, bhagalpur. I am working to promote traditional hi fiber superfoods especially jaggery and millets. My idea is to bring these hi fiber superfoods in consumer friendly packaging with bio fortification with natural herbs and spices flavored jaggery (sugarcane, date & Palmyra palm jaggery, khandsari) along with climate resilient millets crops. Millets farming & consumption need to be encouraged as they are good for us and nature also. I am working with FPOs and cooperatives and promoting Natural farming of these products and looking after forward linkage of these products.
