Our business model is based on improvement of recruitment system in India by making it transparent. As read on Google,about 80% jobs in India are hidden and only 20% are out in front of common public. and those which are before public are those that use various websites where only big budget companies are able to post their job ads.Our platform and model works innovatively on bringing out those hidden 80% jobs in front of those more than 10 crore unemployed youth of India to increase Employability.This youth will pay us a negligible amount to get registered with us to find their desired job. We with our product , empower the youth to register themselves and find the job that fits best for them by giving them easy user interface .From a village boy to city youth, our platform is for everyone who is willing to work but is unable to find the right work for themselves. Scalability, the model we developed is highly scalable and can be easily spread across the globe.
