TalentSpotify is an AI/ML platform for Psychometric Performance Review, Recognize and Reward Platform for Employees. This idea will address the main key problem of employees "Subjective Evaluation ", "Increase in Attrition Rate", "Low Motivation of Employee". This product evaluates employees in an Objective approach rather than traditional subjective evaluation. through an integrated collaborative platform like Teams/Slack/WhatsApp etc. This tool works on OKR’s and competency-based evaluation and provides Employee and team SWOT analysis. Competencies will be evaluated based on a nested questionaries approach based on AI/ML algorithms to select a question response of the previous question.
