We are targeting economically poor section of the community who are searching employment for their livelihood. We focus on such people and family and give them training so that they can able to join our firm. We are working in remote area where major source of income of people from agricultural activity. Due to natural calamities agriculturist have faced heavy loss and they are in need of money. On the other hand, due to lack of skills in other businesses, they are not able to obtain employment. This leads to unemployment in such remote areas. We find out such families and take responsibility to train them so they will get a proper employment.
