The Good Glamm Group, whose lead operating entity is Sanghvi Beauty & Technologies Private Limited (MyGlamm), was a content-to-commerce beauty conglomerate founded by Darpan Sanghvi with co-founders Priyanka Gill (POPxo/Plixxo) and Naiyya Saggi (BabyChakra). Built via an aggressive acquisition spree (St.Botanica, Sirona, ScoopWhoop, MissMalini and more), it hit a ~$1.25B peak valuation in April 2024 before running out of cash. Since 2025 it has been under a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and has been selling off brands at a ~90% valuation cut.
