Agriculture is the primary occupation of most of the people. Mostly, family workers perform the agricultural and allied activities, however, women keep hold on agricultural activities and live stock and the man performs job works other than agriculture. Being agriculture crops dominated area, seasonal local jobs like crop planting , weeding , grafting ,transportation of plants and commodities are common in the region. The other occupations includes mall ventures at village level viz., grocery store, and work in industry. In case of salaried job workers about 10 % are engaged in the private and the government jobs like Education department, and various line departments jobs outside the district and state.
