My start up is a Manufacturing unit which produces B- 100 grade Bio diesel from Used cooking oil through a process of degumming, esterification and distillation . used ccoking oil also know as UCO is derived from various sources like Hotels ,Restaurant, edible oil based manufacturing plants . The used cooking oil after getting heated 2 times its Total polar compound rises to more than 25% and hence it becomes carcinogenic in nature .si we use this hazardous product and convert it into Bio diesel and supply it to oil marketing companies like Indian oil . My venture also leads to national saving as it substitutes crude import and save alot of money to the exchequer.
