The proposed start-up is of plasticulture conceived by three full time working.Our product line will include LDPE sheets, Liner, Geomembrane, Cap covers, UV stabilised plastic mulch film, pond liners, and Tunnel sheets. These products play a major role on bringing new Green revolution and are are also used in horticulture, floriculture etc. Pond liners are used for lining of ponds for water conservation. The start-up is planning to install high end one 3layer blown film extrusion line, two mono layer plants. With its high tech specifications the start-up will have the annual optimum production capacity of 1728 MT. Moreover the start-up will have a quality laboratory of its own with testing equipments in accordance with updated BIS 2508 (Polythene films and sheets specification). Thus the start up will create a scalable business with product improvement. The start-up will be located in rural area of Bolpur, an agricultural town in West Bengal. It will play an important role in absorbing surplus labour from agriculture sector with its various needs of skilled and unskilled labour.
