THE MAIN OBJECTS TO BE PURSUED BY THE COMPANY ON ITS INCORPORATION ARE: 1. To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of manufacturing, procuring, storage, processing, distribution, marketing, selling, trading and to act as an agent, broker or collaborator of farming equipment, machinery and consumables and to deal in all kinds of agricultural products. 2. To manufacture the Poultry farm and hatchery/incubators and to act as developers, producers, processors, importers, exporters, buyers and sellers or supplier of the same preferably to the Government, Private or Public organizations as well as rural farmers all over India or abroad. 3. To provide services for the promotion and development of rural poultry farmers. 4. To provide the consultancy/ Facilitator services in agriculture and allied sector relating to employment, education and related work.
