Panchal Dairy is a manufacturer of artisanal cheeses such as Feta, Cheddar, Tomme, Halloumi etc from goat's milk. The milk is procured from members of the pastoral Rabari community of Sayla, Gujarat. The objective of panchal dairy is to provide unique nutrition dense products to the Indian market meanwhile also ensuring livelihoods for the Rabari community and to preserve the tradition of Pastoralism.
