Saucy Joe's Agro Food Processing Unit was officially launched on June 23rd, 2018, with a mission to promote the use of organic local ingredients in Nagaland. As part of this mission, Saucy Joe's is committed to inclusiveness, particularly for women and the local community, and often collaborates with local Self Help Groups (SHGs), vendors, and women's groups during festive seasons, catering events, or whenever there is demand for their products. All of Saucy Joe's products, from sauces to condiments, are made using home-grown ingredients that reflect the organic richness of Nagaland. These products are created from Chef Joe's secret recipes and provide an authentic culinary experience that captures the wonder of Nagaland's unique cuisine.
