Mintifi Finserve Private Limited (“Mintifi”) is working today with some of the leading industry stalwarts, across fields including education, manufacturing, retail, travel, etc. to solve the working capital financing needs of small distributors, dealers and retailers in India. The challenge faced by millions of small distributors/ retailers in India is that larger companies are not willing to offer credit to its small distributors/ dealers till they have not established atleast 1 - 2 years of operational track record. Even if they do offer a credit, it does not meet the complete requirement of the distributors/ dealers as the overall amount of inventory required to smoothly run the operations is generally much in excess of the credit exposure that the corporates are willing to take.
