Redheal a multi-channel networking platform that allows patients to interact instantly with a physician and get their first point of health assessment check done. we provide a structural process of triaging where patients connect to doctors instantly, validate on their ongoing problem, record their subsequent past history and book for an in-clinic appointment nearby. we have segmented our approach in two ways, where we support patients with a professio0nal networking channel where they can connect to a doctor instantly for free of cost. for a b2b channel, we act as an aggregator where we support them in lead generations. we are operating our services in Hyderabad from April'18 with a call center no . we could generate traction of 5200 patient base and 340 doctors onboard. we also have a network of 450+ channel partners where we are able to run our services offline also.
