MasterG brings women from low income communities and fashion clients together to engage in the field of design and production. Through our comprehensive training, women enable themselves to challenge societal norms and earn a dignified livelihood. Many of them join our Studio and contribute to our contract manufacturing supply chain. HEIMAT, our first in-house brand is also designed and manufactured in the Studio by these makers. From making patterns, interpreting tech packs to stitch and packing – all activities are carried out by our skilled MasterG women. The feedback received from our clients and customers is recycled back to enhance our curriculum and enrich the training. We are developing a digitised model for our curriculum which shall help enhance soft skills of our makers.
