Zaaroz is a hyperlocal delivery app which aims to provide amenities to local and hyperlocal regions of rural areas to experience the same as Urban region.Initially, we started as a Food delivery app which had a turning point in our system because of the Pandemic that broke out in 2019. When the whole world looked towards digital services, our services turned from Food delivery to ‘All in one” app, by delivering resources like Medicines, Food, Groceries, Stationery, Meat, Fruits and Vegetables. The Delivery Service has supplied over 50+ Tier 2 and Tier 3 locations with 3500 Vendors on a 4 lakh Customer base. After 3 years of Consistency, Zaaroz has successfully delivered 20+ Lakhs Orders with more than 400 delivery Executives handling 4+ Lakh Customer Services. Zaaroz app is the first delivery app that emerged in Tamilnadu which had a breakthrough of more than three lakh app downloads. ZAAROZ is the First app in Tamilnadu to deploy 140+ electric bikes for Delivery Fleet. We have emerged as a first “Super App” from TN with the introduction of Bike Taxi and Auto/Taxi bookings.
