As we know the cost of insourcing is significantly higher than the cost of outsourcing. The primary reason for this is that hiring and training a new workforce has to include various considerations such as salaries, benefits, taxes, and regulations. Furthermore, enterprises have to invest in technology resources and equipment necessary for the project. This increases overall costs associated with insourcing. In addition to these factors, enterprises also must pay additional fees related to providing infrastructure support including networking and other operating system services which may not be readily available through an outsourced provider. Thus, ultimately making it more expensive than the already existing outsourced providers who specialise in building custom projects with advanced development experiences.
