In India, Inequality of income is on rise, one of the major reason is collapsing retail sector from the hands of small traders, as major online and offline players like Flipkart, Amazon, Lenskart, westside etc has entered retail sector and captured huge market share through technology and standardization. Now a days, it is very difficult for average Indian to enter into the retail business, which was one of the easiest option to earn a living three decade ago. Average Indian retailer with limited capital is unable to compete with these big retailers who can burn huge amount of money to acquire market share. My vision is to revolutionize eyewear retail industry by empowering these retailers to maximize their inventory, minimize dead stock, standardize pricing, provide better customer service and managing backend operations. I will be connecting all retailers under one brand name "Specxweb" through technology and standard operating procedure. I will be Centralizing and manage all their backend business functions except sales.
