In the ERA of Information and Technology, Tracking of Man Data v/s Machine Data v/s material data is difficult due to unreliable and non centralised manual mode of data collection. A Bird view and the KPI’s of the manufacturing plant is not accessible for the owners to take the right decision at the right time. An Integrated solution which combines enterprise resource data (Employee details, stock details, purchase and sales, maintenance, engineering, inspection, quality, etc..) and machine data (Machine Production, Cycle Time, Energy Utilisation, Operator/Employee Specific data) is much needed in the Industry4.0 era.
