Our venture aims to create a digital platform that consolidates patient support groups across a range of conditions, and additionally offers patients multi-modal care packages tailormade for each of these indications. Given years of studying the roadblocks faced by health tech start-ups, prior to taking the entrepreneurial leap, we have made sure to confirm that there is a large unmet need with several efficient go-to-market approaches, and most importantly, that we can build solutions that will ensure significantly improved clinical outcomes.
