The Process of producing PVC Leathercloth involves the use of PVC Patti, D.O.P, M-80 etc. In the Curing/Foaming chamber the temprature at which these chemicals are cured is around 200' C. As the temperature rises the chemical evaporates and are exhausted out the chambers. The fumes from chamber thru the exhaust are cooled to ambient temprature in our D.O.P recovery/condensing unit.The condensed air will be reintroduced again thru duct & will be reheated & made available to chamber. As the air is reintroduced inside the chamber. There will be no discharge of fumes which leads to less pollution to a great extent.
