Agricultural pump set motors currently used by farmers have manual starters to control the motor's on and off functions. These starters operate at high voltages, and using them manually with 415 volts often leads to electrical accidents, which can be fatal for farmers. Such accidents occur especially during the rainy season due to the muddy and damp conditions in the area where the starter is located. Switching the motor on and off manually is difficult for farmers, especially the elderly, and they face similar difficulties during night-time operations. Mr. Velle Srinivas, the founder and MD of the startup LAKSHMISARASA ELECTRONICS PRIVATE LIMITED, with 25 years of experience in the electronics industry, identified these problems caused by manual starters. To address these problems, I conducted experiments with my knowledge and expertise and developed a device called "AGRI STARTER REMOTE CONVERTER." This device is affordable and low maintenance, and it doesn't require any external equipment like cell phone towers, signals, sim cards, or mobile phones. It's easy to install, and even local electricians can do it without diff
