Kisanshakti Fertilizers and Pesticides Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on February 11, 2016. Sagar Chidrawar and Santosh Chidrawar are the promoters of the Company, they hold 50% shares each. The main object of the company is to carry on the business of manufacturing and processing of the fertilizers and related products which are used as Inputs in Agriculture sector. The Company has planned the activity in two phases. In the first phase there will be manufacturing of Single super phosphate and in the second phase, manufacturing of Triple super phosphate and Phosphoric acid. In view of that, Company has proposed to establish the manufacturing unit of Single super phosphate (SSP) which is a rich source of many micro-nutrients – Calcium, Phosphorus, Sulphur, etc. The Company has commenced the civil structure for the project and till date 40 percent of the construction is completed.
