Disposal of waste plastic is a major problem. It is non- biodegradable & it mainly consists of low-density polyethylene. Burning of these waste plastic bags causes environmental pollution. Plastic pollution is caused by the accumulation of plastic waste in the environment. It can be categorized in primary plastics, such as cigarette butts and bottle caps, or secondary plastics, resulting from the degradation of the primary ones. It can also be defined by its size, from microplastics - small particles (<5 mm) of plastic dispersed in the environment - to macroplastics. 1. There are many human beings involved in the process of waste management activities like Collection of door-to-door waste, segregation of waste, Driving of waste transportation vehicles, sanitation of roads and other areas. It is shown that majority of the current companies who take contracts from government for the above services to municipal areas are not taking care of safety measures for human beings involved in service, Companies are not providing face masks and sanitizer,hand gloves as well as health checkup on regular time interval. 2. In current waste management activity, there is variance in t
