The laundry sector is a 2 lakh crore market in which 97 % comes under the unorganized sector. Most of this unorganized sector is a family-run business that uses primitive technologies and is capable of only catering to the needs of a minuscule population. Ironing costs for clothes are high because they still use technology depending on skilled labor. Lack of proper market strategies and organizational structure. The start-up is currently working on fixing the technological gap in the current laundry sector especially focusing on ironing services. The start-up is focusing on building an innovative machine “PaaS” which eases the ironing and folding process, which in turn will make the laundry process more affordable and efficient.
