1. INM Technologies Pvt Ltd (henceforth referred as INM) has been established on 23rd January 2015 with two partners viz., Shilpa Medicare Ltd, Raichur represented by Sri. Vishnukant Chaturbhuj Bhutada with equity of 75% and an individual namely Dr. A. R. Phani with an equity of 25%, with an intention to carry out research and development in nanotechnology in general and in NanoPharmaceutical technology in particular. In the last three years, INM has developed products with in-house R&D in the area of Pharma, Bio-Medical, Dental, Chemical and Electronics sectors. During this period INM has patented 11 Indian and 3 international patents. For a few products out of the ones that have been developed by INM, prototype testing was done and the products are slated for launch nationally and internationally in April 2018.
