There were a few thoughts that led to how the startup got started. We saw some problems in the freight market which had to be solved and an opportunity to fix it using an online platform. It all started because of three reasons: First, Unfavorable environment and cultural factors in the road transport industry that significantly impact a driver's lifestyle and customer satisfaction. Second, The transport industry plays an integral role in driving the growth of India which gives a huge market potential. And the final, our belief is that Information technology could bring a revolution in the freight market, fulfilling the gap of information between goods carriers and customers and that innovation in businesses is nothing less than a chance.
