Getting skilled manpower is a big challenge in Indian market and business .On other hand, government is continuously providing assistance to all age group to be self dependent. With same vision and mission, we want to startup into skill development sector predominantly in Apparel sector(2nd largest employer sector in India) and other technical courses. It is definitely true for Indian Textile industry, which employs over 35 million people with an equal number employed in allied industries. While it is expected that this should move up to a remarkable figure in upcoming years for Textile and clothing sector. Faced with twin challenges of unemployment and job creation, our concern is not just how it can boost new opportunities, but also how it can overcome the acute shortage of skilled manpower. But the challenge today is meeting the demand for skilled manpower. Our Government, institutions, trade, industry and experts are therefore, expected to play a lead role in meeting this challenge. we want to provide a platform of employment with some skill to unemployed, poor, Drop-out, handicapped and needy youths of India. For this purpose we want to improve the skills of unemployed youths
