That’s why we are determined to provide exquisite, nutritious food with impeccable servicing with latest machinery & innovative food handling while following FSSAI, HACCP, ISO regulations and norms, in letter and in spirit. Having the opportunity to explore and cook regional dishes as a professional chef, I have learnt to respect our indigenous ingredients and regional roots. Through our venture, we aim to make a sensible choice by putting forward those neglected, locally grown ingredients which are far more nutrient-rich than the fad superfoods. Thus, providing a delectable, premium quality locally sourced, farm-to-fork meals to our clients.
