Incorporated in 2010 by Deepinder Goyal and Pankaj Chaddah (as DC Foodiebay Online Services Pvt Ltd), it went public in July 2021 and now operates four businesses: Zomato (food delivery), Blinkit (quick commerce), District (going-out/ticketing) and Hyperpure (B2B restaurant supplies). As of 2026-07-06 its market capitalisation was ~₹2.72 lakh crore (~$32B).
