Started Elon Native system in September 2020. We are planning to give an opportunity to native people. So we can able to resolve 3things in our society. The vision of the Elon native system is 1. Avoid jobless problems 2. Educated people don’t need to move from their native to metro cities. 3. In India, still we are not giving women empowerment and opportunities. For ex. In a rural area, well-educated/qualified women can’t able to go to suitable jobs. For reason, engineering-related jobs are there in only the metro areas. So A family(father/husband) didn’t allow to move a woman from their native to metro cities. So they will get workers related jobs in their local area. So we can’t able to use their passion and creativity. Elon's native system will break these types of social issues.
