Duroq is created by 2 mechanical engineers who have spent years working in local MSME's. Mr. Kenith Almeida has studied in Scotland, he is a keen reader and spends his time learning and applying new innovative concepts for betterment of his ideas in a smart manner. Mr. Francis Vaz has PGD in operations and has spent a lot of time working for companies and confronting the management on things they are doing wrong, with detailed solutions to their existing troubles, Be it RPG Raychem or Joel process equipment pvt ltd. Our vision has attracted talented fabricators and technicians who are fed up with existing work methodologies and who wish to improve. Together we wish to contradict the status quo and build up an organization which is flexible and sustainable to produce stainless steel process equipment.
