DROPLETS INNOVATIVE INCINERATORS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Karad, Maharashtra, India. The company has founded on intense research and the support team includes eminent scientists, microbiologist, aerobiologist, engineers and furnace experts. As a collaborative activity the company conducted extensive field research at and around ‘Biomedical Waste Treatment Facility Centers’ (BWTFC) in selected cities. It was observed that at and around of such BWTFC, there was presence of many disease causing organisms in high number. The pathogens included Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, Klebsiella, Pseudomonas and others. The number of pathogens was compared with control samples collected from other urban areas. The pathogens were present in the form of ‘Droplets and Droplet nuclei’. The study was also carried out about used sanitary napkins.
