1. Qualitative education and Skilled Manpower in India is very less than other developed countries. In India, this is major issue almost 3% which creating issues in Growth as well Development of the country. We have number of Pvt Organizations, Manufacturing units in India but they don't have skilled manpower that's why project strategically did not grow nor meets demand in ground.
