Dips Ferro Cast is a foundry that makes raw and finished iron casts that are used in many industries. Our plant is in Kolhapur FIVE STAR MIDC Kagal, which is in the middle of a lot of big towns like Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. It can handle 200 tons per month. We make different kinds of Cast Iron that range in weight from 100 kg to 4000 kg. We have workers who are highly trained and qualified, and we offer pattern-making services based on what the customer needs. We provide our services to a wide range of sectors, including those that use press tools, die making, foundry tooling, printing, machine tools (including CNC, VMC, and SPM), match plates, material handling, pattern making, power plants, pumps, sugar, testing gear, valves, and cement industries. Coupling Grades that we are able to create include FG 200, FG 220, FG260, and FG 300, and our production capacity ranges from 100 kg to 4000 kg. In addition, we produce low alloy cast iron.
