Our purpose is to do innovative construction using minimum, innovative and nature-friendly materials while minimizing resource wastage by designing a building in a way to support adaptation, disassembly and reuse and the time required by developing a construction resource management plan at the outset with help of software and recycle the resource wastage by promoting the use of Standard Dimensions, local recycling centres, and deconstruction. We are working on self-healing concrete, aerogel insulation, 3d printed houses, smart roads, smart bricks, vertical cities, Augmented reality in construction, Resource and Workforce Management, Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning, Digital Twins and pollution-fighting buildings. It will create large scale employment and wealth.
