“Hint” is the first nutrition app in India that provides Indian food nutrition data for 31 essential nutrients, including 12 vitamins and nine minerals. It is the only application that could deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy to patients with chronic diseases and prevent chronic diseases. The standard operating procedures (SOPs) and protocols are based on the latest research and guidelines published until 2020. Being a mobile application in the digital health and nutrition space, it is easily scalable to the entire Indian market and other developed markets. Every 1 in 4 Indians has a risk of dying from the non-communicable disease (NCD) before they reach the age of 70. Besides, these diseases leave them vulnerable to COVID-19. An unhealthy diet and a sedentary lifestyle are the main risk factors for NCDs. A good diet plan and advice on improving physical activity can help prevent or manage NCDs.
