1. To operate as a Technology Innovation Hub (TIH) for Technology establishment and act as a nodal centre for spearheading the activities in the area of Bio-Cyber Physical Systems (Bio-CPS) and other domains in the field of cutting edge research in life science, engineering and technology. 2. To create a strong foundation and a seamless ecosystem for Bio-CPS technologies by coordinating and integrating nationwide efforts encompassing knowledge generation, translation research, technology and product development, technology transfer, human resource development, skill development, innovation and international collaborations. 3.
