•Product: Improvement – We are selling with a commodity i.e. fruits and vegetables, so in this case we are improving the product through various methods. The showcasing of products by our affiliated farmers in our retail stores and tracing the product from farm to fork leads to improvement in the product quality and gets higher prices. •Service: Innovation- Our low cost delivery model is the biggest innovation we have done to improve our services. This consists of creating small distribution points “Retail Stores” which not only bring in their own revenue but also minimize our delivery costs to a bare minimum. Since these retail stores are opened in existing grocery stores we have a clientele from day one. It also give small groceries the edge to compete with big organized pan India players •Process: Improvement- Serving both B2B and B2C customers has led one major improvement in the process of movement of the product from source to customer leading to marked reduction in wastage. Since the definition for quality for B2B and B2C customers is different we are able to move the leftover B2C product through our B2B channel the next day •Scalability –Opening a new retail store is easily
