Our venture is into Repairing of electronics (smartphones, laptops, tablets, smartwatches, etc.). As we're in the starting stage so, we're considering only smartphones and tablets. The problem we're trying to solve through my startup is a trust issue between a customer and independent repair stores. One of the biggest problem customer faces is the price difference between different independent stores which rises a question in their mind about the quality of spare parts. To solve this problem we're standardizing the price for specific quality grade spare parts (Grade A=X, Grade B=XX). Our business model is commission-based from partners & customers. We're making a platform where local independent stores can list their services of different smartphone models. The benefit of this platform for the customer is that they don't have to visit 4-5 stores to repair their phones. We have a few stores on board on our platform. As of now, we're in the web development stage.
