The start-up is a private limited company registered under Indian Companies act at ROC Kanpur on 28th April 2015. It is promoted by Mr.Madhur Bansal, a young engineering graduate, with the aim to incubate his idea to provide 24x7, any time anywhere availability of power using natural resources having unique commercial viability. Associated with him are Management professional having vast experience of operational management, Engineering graduate in Computer engineering and specialist in Chemical engineering with more than 30 years of experience to provide all round support to the project. The start-up started with meagre work force of 5 Directors, now has a working team of 15 persons including electrical & mechanical engineers, and MBA’s. Supporting this team is a panel of consultants who are experts in Solar Energy management and finance & operational Management. The start-up has already developed a prototype on its innovative product: Mobile solar power generator with irrigation pumping system and its design and been applied for Indian patent.
