Astranova Mobility Private Limited is a Company registered under the provision of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at TSF 10, Second Floor, Sector-54, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon-122002, Haryana and the main object of the company are 1. To carry on in India or abroad the business of buying, selling, trading, leasing, distributing exchanging and dealing in all types of vehicles (electric or otherwise), including but not limited to, cars, rikshaw, carts, vans, cycles, scooters, buses and other battery or non-battery powered vehicles or components thereof. 2. To buy, sell, trade, lease, distribute, exchange and deal in all kinds of vehicles for propulsion on land, sea, or in air or in any combination thereof and vehicles of all descriptions propelled or assisted by means of any power source, existing or future. 3. To act as buyer, seller, trader, lessor, distributor, exchanger and dealer of all kinds of components, apparatus, accessories, equipment, power batteries, parts of all kinds and descriptions and any other component related to vehicles or required for the maintenance and working of vehicles. 4. To run, operate, manage, lease and franchise outlets, shops
