Asteya was incorporated on 28th May 2021 with the sole objective of serving small, medium and rural NGOs. We understand that most small, medium and rural NGOs deliver and bring immense value and goodness to society. However they struggle in managing some of the non-core, non-domain but essential functions required to run an NGO. These functions include but are not limited to Compliance, Finance & Accounts, Reporting & Record Keeping and HR. These are increasingly important for NGOs to demonstrate Transparency & Trust to Govt, Donors as well as Beneficiaries. Additionally, these NGOs often do not have the access to best in class technology, processes and know-how for managing these essential but non-core non-domain functions. Even if know how or technology is known, these are often cost prohibitive at the scale of these NGOs.
