Even before RERA was introduced Aspirations and Dreams Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, through its brand “Superise.com”, was providing its customers increased transparency in: 1. Pricing and built-up area through its industry wise appreciated proprietary tool “SmartCal”. 2. A futuristic way of buying property using visual unit selection tool “SmartView”. 3. A detailed comparison of real estate units for pricing, area, locality, price trends across projects along with suggestions for further research. We have built in-house CRM and ERP tailored to meet specifically real estate brokerage industry needs to better manage customer interactions, bookings, paperwork, brokerage collections, brokerage payouts and post-sales customer service. Other than Superise, we have recently launched a pre-leased commercial asset sales vertical with an online platform for discovery and portfolio management. This platform called “Select (by Superise) allows potential investors to research and invest in rent generating commercial assets in smaller amounts using a special purpose vehicle(SPV).
