Asha Mahila Milk Producer Company Limited was registered in March, 2016 as Producer Company under Part IXA of the Companies Act, 1956 and commenced its operation from November, 2016 with financial help form DHANII (Tata Trusts). It is wholly owned by more than 11,000 women from underprivileged areas of Rajasthan. During the previous year its turnover was approx. 40 Crores. It purchases Raw milk from its women members at fair and competitive price. Integrity, fairness and transparency in its working is the USP of Asha Mahila Milk Producer Company Limited.
